The program will begin with opening remarks from Mr. David Small, deputy secretary of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control followed by a panel discussion of coastal zone issues. Participants will be updated on the CAFO Rule/Nutrient Management Regulations presented by Mr. David L. Ormond, Jr. of the Delaware Department of Justice followed by a legislative update by State Representative Thomas H. Kovach. There will be discussion of the latest environmental case law presented by Mr. W. Harding Drane, Jr., of Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP. The seminar will conclude with a presentation by Sharon Oras Morgan of Fox Rothschild LLP who will talk about green building and sustainability issues.
