Deanna is the Office Managing Partner of the firm's Las Vegas office. She represents employers throughout the United States in all areas of employment, traditional labor relations, corporate immigration and general business matters.
Before joining Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman and then Fox Rothschild, Deanna was a traditional labor attorney with Markowitz and Richmon in Philadelphia and served as Associate General Counsel at the Frontier Casino and Gambling Hall and then the Venetian Casino Resort. She has a great deal of experience in the areas of traditional labor and employment law including:

Additionally, Deanna represents employers and international investors in corporate immigration matters and employers in job based immigration and worksite compliance and enforcement, including ICE raids.
Deanna also provides preventative counseling to employers and conducts employee training around the country regarding union awareness and avoidance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and immigration compliance.
