Ted is the Office Managing Partner of the firm's Roseland Office.
He has negotiated collective bargaining agreements on management’s behalf throughout his legal career in a wide range of industries including construction, transportation, and manufacturing. He regularly advises companies throughout the country on labor relations and compliance with federal and state employment, equal employment opportunity, and wage and hour laws.
Ted has successfully instituted alternate dispute resolution procedures for many companies, and has advocated ADR as the preferred mechanism to resolve employment related disputes to various groups such as the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the National Convention of the American Corporate Counsel. He is a frequent author and lecturer on current employee relations developments.
